How to relieve neck pain?
Local massages with essential oils

Ice pack
Of all the natural methods for neck pain, the ice pack is the cheapest and fastest to apply. It offers you virtually instant results. Cold reduces inflammation and at the same time pain.

Drink three glasses a day for two days. If you don’t like ginger you can use it to make a compress. Put three spoons of grated ginger in a bowl, put it in hot water for about 30 seconds and put it on your neck for about twenty minutes.
Limited stress
