22 Republicans joined Democrats to support $95.3 billion aid package

22 Republicans are willing to pass a massive aid package with no border deal, helping other countries while America’s border is overrun. While many people may have been sleeping, the Senate passed a $95.3 billion aid package that would send money to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan while NOT fixing our own southern border that’s being invaded on a daily basis thanks to Democrats inability to shut it down the right way.

At first, the Republicans were opposed to $60 billion going to Ukraine, so they kept trying to figure it out, but it clearly did not go the way it should have. Many Republicans, the ones who actually try to love America, said we should focus more on problems here at home, but then 22 Republicans turned their backs on America and helped Democrats pass the aid package by a vote of 70-29. Social media is in an uproar over this, calling the 22 Republicans ‘traitors’ on so many comment sections.

The only good thing is the package must now face the House and there’s likely some better Republicans who can help shut this down until there’s something in it for Americans, such as money to build a wall or some other method of shutting down the southern border to stop the invasion of migrants that Democrats seem to be happy with.

Speaker Mike Johnson also suggested that he won’t even bring a bill like this to the House floor because it lacks the border security help that Republicans have been asking for. Johnson said, “the absence of having received any single border policy change from the Senate, the House will have to continue to work its own will on these important matters… America deserves better than the Senate’s status quo.”

The Hill had a list of all 22 Republicans who apparently turned their back on America. If you ever get a chance to vote these folks out, then please do so.
